Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026. This policy describes the data processed by the Rally-Nav app and the nav.deliverit.be service.

Data we process

• Account: email address and/or plate (identifier), name/nickname, car photo (optional).
• Location: your position while the app is in use, to place you on the trace and — while you drive an event — to share your car's position with that rally's organiser.
• Purchases: history of trace rentals (validated via the App Store).

Purposes

This data is used solely to run the app (navigation, live tracking for the organiser, access to purchased traces). We do no advertising tracking and never sell any data.

Sharing

Your live position and crew identity (name, plate, photo) are visible to the organiser of the rally you are running, for the duration of the event. Payments are handled by Apple (App Store). No other third-party sharing.

Location

The app only uses location while it is open ("While Using the App" permission). You can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. You can delete your account directly in the app (My profile → Delete my account), which permanently erases your account and related data.
